April Food Photoshoots / Manhattan and Brooklyn

April brought 17 food photography sessions across NYC, and as always, no two shoots were alike. From fast-casual newcomers to deeply rooted cultural concepts, the range of what I get to document continues to surprise me. What makes a food shoot stand out isn’t just plating or lighting—it’s the personality of the space, the energy of the team, and the story behind the menu. These six spots delivered on all fronts, offering rich visuals and strong branding moments that translated beautifully through the lens.
